Feed Storage Bag For CCM

A production point to creat CCM from CCMraw.

As long as the map has CCMraw/CCM (i.e. my verison of Westby, WI 4x and many other maps) this production point will work.

If you place the bag while NOT in free mode (V), it will apply a gravel texture under the bag.
